Painting may not be on schedule --
But it's on the walls!! at least in the living room.
Suzy made some major headway getting the room finished. Now it just needs a little touch up in places. We'll be able to start on the subfloor tomorrow.
Good job, Sue! (geez, i don't know how I'm gonna pay all these people! Hope they consider *chocolate* a form of currency.)
Wanna see a corner cabinet lazy-susan disappear?
The good news is that now we've solved the mystery of the leaking water and the puddles in front of the cabinets -- It seems the previous owner just yanked out the dishwasher and left the ends of anything connected to it to hang. We crimped up the copper tube, but we couldn't find the drain tube and figured "eh" until we pulled the cabinets out and saw that the drain tube was connected to the sink in some fashion so every time we used it to clean our brushes, etc, water just trickled merrily out the drain tube!! Buttheadz...
More good news. We found where the original oven was, AND it's vent hole...we also discovered that maybe the Mrs. was a little over-zealous at the stove. Looks like the ceiling caught some good flames at one point!
Scott and Dan map out the breaker box.
Either that, or they're making plans or karaoke later - -
